The beautiful Dive Center is located directly on the arrival jetty. Our Dive Center is less than a minute boat ride away from Maldives most beautiful House Reef. All our boats literally start from the Dive Center’s doorsteps. Located at the southern edge of Lhaviyani Atoll, it is the ideal starting point for unforgettable marine encounters like turtles or hundreds of Dolphins!

Sub Oceanic Maldives Watersports Center was set up by our talented watersports team leader Nuttey and is located on the main beach next to the Velaa Restaurant and Bar – just one step away from the lagoon, the main pool and the fantastic House Reef. Another masterpiece of Maldivian handcraft works can be found at our Marine Center, which is situated between the Kids Club and the Riviera Bar. From the Marine Center beach our guests have direct access to the biologically value able Mangroves of Lhaviyani Atoll.
